【時間にルーズなドラマー】
こんにちは。
生きていく中で辛い事、しんどい事、もういろいろ投げ出したい時などあると思います。僕にもあります。だけどそんな時いつも心に浮かぶのは家族の事、そして友達です。でも逃げらせない時だって有る。そんな時に僕はいつもドラムに助けられてきました。友達が声かけてくれて一緒にスタジオ入ろうぜって言ってくれたり、その逆もあったり、音楽を通じて話すが出来るのはドラマー冥利に尽きるというものです。みんな命には制限時間があり、限られています。限られた時間の中で、皆何かを成し遂げる必要なんてなくて周りにいてくれる人達と幸せに、自然を感じて、生を感じて生きていられることが何よりの幸せなのです。と僕は思う。
そんな中で、自分なりにの目標をもって、設定して取り組む人もいれば今をとことん楽しく生きる人もいれば、何をやっても楽しくない人もいます。でもみんな、頑張って生きているから、他人が余計なことをいう事は出来ないのです。真剣に生きているから喧嘩もするし、もめたりもする。でもそれは生きているから出来る事。人を殺めたり事故を起こしたりしてしまう事もあるかもしれません。こればかりは人生分からないんです。故意でなくても発生している事故は沢山あります。被害にあわれた方も沢山いる。悔やんでも悔やみきれない人もいるでしょう。そういう方々に生きていればいい事ありますよ、だなんて言えるはずもない。人生いつどうなるかなんて誰にもわからない。
僕に出来ることは僕に出来る範囲の中で多少無理をしながら表現活動を続けていくことです。そして形に残せるものは残していく。そしてくすっと笑ってくれるだけでいいです。すこし笑いのネタになってくれるもいい。僕は僕の面白いというものを続けていければと思います。
僕は幼少の頃から音楽に近い環境で過ごさせてもらいました。これは両親が僕に与えてくれた環境で、いまでもそのおかげで音楽に携わる事が出来ているし、礼儀作法も人並に学ぶことが出来ている。教養とは勉学だけではなく人間関係においてもとても大事なものだと実感しています。
ノープロブレムの生徒たちは本当に真っ直ぐです。まだ子供ってこともあるかもしれませんが、彼らの眼は真剣だし、本気で取り組もうという熱意が伝わってきます。こちらもマジでいってるから、事業中はずっと笑っている時間ってわけでもないです。
時間、について。インドは結構時間にルーズであることが多いです。もちろん、一戦で活躍されている方はそんなことはなく、時間が何よりも信頼につながる事を知っています。だから遅刻もしない。しかし、まだそこまで行っていない人達は平気で遅れてきて言い訳をする。これはドラム教室だからとか、日本人相手だからとか、そういう理由は通じません。日本は時間にとてもシビアです。遅刻をすると信用にかかわってくる。だから人々はなるべく待ち合わせ時間や、決められた時間より早く到着しているようにしています。僕は生徒たちには遅刻をするときは連絡をしなさいと言っています。何故なら連絡をしないことが沢山あるから。僕が再三注意しても聞かない時は、事業は中止しています。それくらいこちらも真剣にやっています。そして生徒たちには時間に守れない事が何よりもプレイヤーとしても見られ方が変わってくるという事も伝えています。時間にルーズなドラマーのビートに気持ちよく乗れる程、ミュージシャンは寛容ではありません。みんな楽しみながらやりたいし、そこに不安要素や集中できなくなるような別の要素を入れるべきではないのです。
生徒たちはこれを理解しました。親御さんも同様です。こうしてドラム以外の所でも意識を一つにしていければと思います。
ドラマーは信用されて何ぼのミュージシャンです。誰もが安心して心を預けてプレイできるドラマーに育ってほしいと思います。

Under such circumstances, there are some who set and work with their own goals, some who live in the most enjoyable life now, and some who do not have fun doing anything. But because we all do our best and live, no one else can say anything extra. Because I live seriously, I am jealous or even jealous. But it can be done because it is alive. It may kill people or cause an accident. I just don't understand my life. There are many accidents that occur without intention. There are a lot of people who got hurt. There are also people who can not regret but regret it. There is something I would like to live for such people, I can not say that.
What I can do is to continue the expression activity while being somewhat overwhelmed within what I can do. And we leave something that can be left in the form. I have been living in an environment close to music since my childhood. This is an environment that my parents gave me, and I am still able to get involved in music thanks to it and I have learned a lot of etiquette. I feel that education is very important not only in study but also in human relations.
The students at No Problem are really straight. There may still be children, but their eyes are serious and they convey their enthusiasm to tackle them seriously. I'm also talking really here, so it's not always a time to smile during business.
About time. India is often loose on time. Of course, those who are active in one battle do not have such a thing and know that time leads to trust more than anything. So I will not be late. However, those who have not been there are excuses for being calm and late. That's why I don't know why this is a drum class or because it is a Japanese counterpart. Japan is very serious in time. If you are late, you will be credited. So people try to arrive as soon as possible or at a scheduled time. I tell the students to contact them when they are late. Because there are a lot of things I do not contact. If I don't ask you again and again, the business has stopped. That's about doing it too seriously. And we also tell our students that things that can not be kept in time will change the way they are viewed as players. Musicians are not as tolerant as they can comfortably ride the loose drummer's beat on time. Everyone wants to have fun, and there should not be other elements that may cause them to become uneasy or unable to concentrate.
The students understood this. The same is true for parents. In this way, I would like to keep my mind in places other than drums.
